Obviously a bit nonsense, but I am curious if anyone can share how they know where the asteroid hit, and how uncommon the steel-titanium alloy is to find.

Oh, it's that Avi Loeb guy. Before even opening the article, I figured it would be him. He sees alien materials under ever rock and tree. I'm exagerrating of course but if you search him on Google you'll see his history of colorful claims.
