After many years of having the screen mounted in the cockpit instead of on the wheel

I'm not 100% sure about how it was mounted, but I wondered whether the wheel would partially cover the fixed screen previously when turned

Yeah could be much of a muchness between the two methods of mounting if it did obscure when in full lock.
