Thats actually a good business idea, sell them in a 2 pack. One with "Clits" and one with "Dicks" give your buddy the Clits one and then wait for a chance to swap them over.

Maybe you could have both shirts and wear the one that is most suitable for the day/mood. But I do see your point of having a combined one.
