I don't think that's what they were implying, but simply noting how even in a photo op for black history month, the only black person in it photo is not front and center.
Yeah, probably because they didn't want a bunch of random black people in the picture lmfao. The dude is complaining that they had a black person in the photo at all because it's pandering.
Now imagine if they didn't recognize the month at all.
The person was saying how hypocritical it is that they shoved the only person if color in the back for a photo op about black history month.
I could be misreading what you're saying, but I don't think I am.
