Rules

2. Posts cannot be illegal or NSFW material.
3. No spam, self promotion, or upvote farming. Sources engaging in these behavior will be added to the Blacklist.
4. Non-whitelisted bots will be banned.
5. Engage respectfully: Harassment, flamebaiting, bad faith engagement, or agenda posting will result in your posts being removed. Excessive violations will result in temporary or permanent ban, depending on severity.
6. Memes are not allowed to be posts, but are allowed in the comments.
7. Posts from clickbait sources are heavily discouraged. Please de-clickbait titles if it needs to be submitted.
8. Submission statements of any length composed of your own thoughts inside the post text field are mandatory for any microblog posts, and are optional but recommended for article/image/video posts.

Insecure in what way?
Maybe I'm just a sucker for implementing security fixes quickly but the more time you have between upstream and downstream, the more time the attacker can attack.
Timely security updates and late major Android version upgrades aren't exclusive. I don't know whether Nothing phones receive monthly security updates, but many other big manufacturers don't either.
In the fact it doesn't have a major Android upgrade and probably not routine security which includes numerous security and CVE fixes. A quick search says (unofficially) NothingOS promised updates once every two months but aren't even honoring that.
Or are you implying that Android 13 is at least as secure as Android 14 or that a two month old OS (which includes all those CVEs) is secure?
