Sensationalist headline. But, yeah, most of this "junk" will be historical sites someday. The difference between history and junk is a fine line. Roman junk all over the place ;)

I agree, I think the final resting spot of Ingenuity will be a sacred historical spot and well visited by tourists in 200 years! Or at least, I hope it is respected as such.

We will exist. We will just have rapidly evolved into humanoid roaches capable of surviving the harsh heat and radiation from the fallout.
