That doesn't look like any IEC 60320 connector. Who is the manufacturer? You might have better luck searching for "power cable $MFR $MODEL".

What country are you in? Its possible they have their own standards body also defining this ( like NEMA in the US)
I'm in the US, I'd give you the manufacturer but I didn't take a picture of it; I left it at home.
It seems like it was made for the north American market, based on the writing on the information label, and that it runs on 120vac.
I'll try searching by manufacturer but I'm not optimistic since it seems like an obscure one, like a cheap knockoff brand. I suppose it could be re-badged, I'll search online if i can see the same model and go from there.
