I'm sorry, I don't wish to be mean, but this really and truly was a naive comment. These people have been out there forever but have started coming out from their hiding places over the last 10 - 15 years, just like the incels and tankies.

Well, except for that lady trying to hide her daughter and refusing to get her a birth certificate. But mostly they’re funny.
Even if this guy is joking it's not a joke to a lot of people, dude isn't saying random shit it all means specific things in the warped bizarro version of the legal system they believe exists. Look up Sovereign Citizens, it's nuts.
