Scotland

This was a tough one for me as my demographic and those before me got it beat into them not to share this shit and when I wanted to the feeling of dumping my problems on someone I loved felt wrong as they had their own stuff.

When I finally plucked up the courage with my wife we both realised we were both doing this and making both of our lives less than steller trying to be there for the other but hold back on what was needed to protect and make them happy (that encanto reference I made last week)

When we started working through this we both felt so much better so all I can say is talk to those you trust and love they can take it want to help and you might just get to help them too.
