Although, the longer the duration, the more it resembles a ‘decline’ instead of collapse.

🤣 This is so on the nose. During Telus’ big fiber optic infrastructure push I’d respond to 1-2 outages caused by them digging or directional drilling through services.
Ngl I kinda wish they’d hit mine because I’m about to upgrade my panel/service.
