I was looking at getting some roguelikes / lites (already have ToME, CoQ), unfortunately Cataclysm DDA is not on sale.

Krone Hotel at 90% off looks like a decent choice too. Then there’s Jupiter Hell, which I recently stumbled upon and looks great too.

I’d also like to get some of the FF games, though I’ve played VI, VII, IX and a bit of XII, it would be nice to revisit some of the older ones I haven’t played almost since the PSX era.

Not sure if I'll buy anything, my backlog is terrible already and I recently bought some games like Tales of Arise through Fanatical sales. Main game I was hoping would get a sale was Shadows of Doubt but it's still full price.

Why play, if you can buy?

Tales was on sale through fanatical? Damn, I missed it

Base game was $17, I think ultimate edition was $37 which seemed really high for costumes.

It was one of their star deals, limited time and limited stock.

Shadows of doubt has a great concept but the cases get repetitive really fast I must say and the option to customize your apartment aren't really that great to justify grinding through the repetition.

What makes interesting solving mysteries is the backstory and motive behind it and SoD really don't have any option to get to that, taking with npc have only the same generic questions that gives you just the generic responses and even going through emails have the same template messages repeated.

The case available in the demo/tutorial is great because it's hand made but after that, you quickly see behind the curtains to be honest.
