I really can't afford Paradox titles. Already tried with Cities Skylines and Stellaris and failed miserably. It's just too much.

Very much agreed there. I still play Civ V to this day largely because I couldn't stand the art style of VI. Here's hoping VII tries something different.

What's wrong with it? I loved how the map had hand-drawn maps for fog of war.

That was the only appealing thing. The cartoon look and oversized single units not so much. It looked like a mobile game for little children.

And compare menus, dialog boxes etc. CiV has art deco elements while VI is just plain and basic.
