I'll kick this off:
Shakespeare Dallas is performing Much Ado About Nothing in the park at Samuell-Grand Ampitheatre, 1500 Tenison Pkwy Dallas, TX 75223.
Are they having outdoor events with the heat? Seems like costumes would be miserable outside right now.
As far as I know they're still performing. I believe the shows are all in the evening to stay out of the worst of it.
I've been twice in the past couple of weeks and it does indeed cool off enough by the time they start.
@Zombiepirate also if anyone gets out in the heat this weekend please be safe. This heat dome is no joke!

I'm not sure how to reply to Mastodon users on here, but thanks for the great note. Safety is the #1 priority in this heat, especially with kids!
I’m following this instance in my Mastodon app just for fun. The app certainly isn’t made for threaded discussions(for example - I can’t distinguish between new threads and replies to existing threads) but it’s still pretty neat.
