I've recently just signed up for Coles/Flybuys and Woolworths Rewards (never really shopped enough to give it much thought) and it's a LITTLE creepy getting an email talking about specials on 3 of the exact items I bought 2 nights ago. The system knows what I'm buying now. Not that they probably didn't already track it by my payment details, but now I'm being shown it.

I do regret not doing this sooner as it seems that racking up points/dollars isn't too difficult.

Woolies know exactly how much money I've spent there. It's actually terrifying - over $100k since whenever they introduced that rewards card.

Even worse, they have my data when I never signed up because my partner has one and we alternate paying for shopping so linking shit.
