Anyone else having issues with getting KCTS 9- PBS on a dtv antenna? (sh.itjust.works)

I don't use cable television but have a current TV with internet and a dtv antenna because why bother. PBS hasn't worked in forever. I saw a 3 year old post on how shitty the KCTS programming is, could they be not even broadcasting? Usually I can manually find if it's a low signal, but I can't even find a signal. It's at flat 0%. I go back and check every few months and nada.

Well that's good to know, maybe we're in a pocket that doesn't get the signals.
