I'm trying it out now to match yours, and found a row you missed so far.
The 8,2,8,5 row you can get another 4 confirmed squares (Second 8). Doing that will give you a starting point for the 2,1,10 and 1,9 columns, letting you X out a few squares below.
The 4,3,4,2,2,7 column you can confirm one square on the second 4. That lets you get a few more tiles on the 4,4,4,1,1,1,3 row

Well I made an irredeemable mistake and have had to give up. Can I see what it was please?

Yeah that's totally not anything, is it? How disappointing. Is there a better site that actually has real pictures?
Nonograms.org seems pretty good, but the puzzles can be quite a lot bigger
