She really made her mark being disliked on 2 popular shows from late last century. And yet people like her just fine in TOS.
I always liked Pulaski. I thought she was one of the best characters on the show because, unlike most of the rest of them, she actually experienced growth. And, as T'Ana shows, a doctor doesn't have to be friendly and likable to be competent.
T'Ana has the benefit of looking like a cat, so people expect her to be an asshole but like her anyway.
