It's only 1:1 with the systems that use real astrological data and in the scale. Other than Sol (our solar system IRL), there's really only data on the stars. Planets in star systems outside of Earth's are pretty much just made up. But the rough estimation of stars and the density of the arms in the spiral of the galaxy is close enough to a 1:1 scale model in terms of how many stars exist.
Worth noting that it is also 1:1 in terms of distance and size. Stars are massive and very far apart. We're it not for FTL, going across stars would take at least decades. The only gripe is asteroids are kind of small where in real life they can be hundreds of kilometers large, but hey.
Deep core explosion of a giant asteroid would be tight.
We know a bit about some exoplanets. For example, we recently found a 6 planet system 100ly away.
