I've been playing Battlebit Remastered on Steam and holy shit while it looks awful it's one of the funnest FPS I have played in a while. Super fun, super smooth, and scratches the COD itch from when I was a kid. I HIGHLY reccomend it!

Also Tears of the Kingdom.

That's the low poly shooter right? That actually looks pretty fun. I'll have to try it.

Yeah I was hesitant at first because of the low poly but the gameplay is top tier.

It's got all the promise of the battlefield games just not the graphics/sound. Environment destruction, tons of weapons/attachments, lots of maps with day/night for all of em, different battlefield modes, 256 (and smaller) maps, map voting, people get kicked for cheating/racism, tight gameplay, and so on.

Exact same for me. Been enjoying Zelda a ton and slowly making my way through it.

Did some of the play tests for battlebit and so happy about how it's been embraced as it's what I've wanted from modern battlefields.

+1 on Battlebit. Battlefield 1942, and similarly Vietnam, were my favorite. I always felt like Dice/EA just kept gradually turning everything up to 11 after that. Battlebit feels like a well balanced, intentional concept, that balances speed, strategy, and the opportunities for ridiculous moments just right!

battlebit is hella fun, it’s best when you’re in a packed area and everyone is screaming and blasting music lmao
