Good questions you are asking. If I were to think out loud, Iโd say this would require some kind of global moderation.
Hmm. I'm not sure what the advantage would be over just creating communities on existing instances, then, if someone else is still going to be the admin.
One real-life community may need several Lemmy communities as per each topic.
Then make several lemmy communities on an existing instance.
