Breaking it up into small achievable parts sounds sensible.

I think it is very sensible. Past efforts have usually involved trying to use the initial burst of motivation to lose weight quickly and do lots of exercise, which goes well for a while but is followed by burning out, giving up and putting weight back on. I think I am finally learning from my past mistakes🙂

I've been there, my friend! Every exercise regimen I've begun has ended up the same, with me achieving little and becoming disillusioned.. That reminds me, I can fit a quick workout in before work!
