I've also seen them active on the westbound 24th street (Rosedale Hwy.) onramp to southbound 99. I've seen another on eastbound Ming to southbound 99 but haven't used that ramp recently so I don't know if it's active yet.

Edit: oh yeah, I've seen them active on Olive Dr eastbound to 99 SB.
