I never understand this shit. Wouldn’t it be quieter if they got rid of the sick fuck harassing people?

In the article, Vooruit states that the harasser has already been sacked, repeated bad evaluations were the cause of her termination, and the sexual harassment took place in a private setting.

Still weird they felt the need to basically bribe her to sign an NDA though.
