Oh, the swimming soreness and the doctors appointment are not related ... haha sorry for being confusing, just two things I delt with today.
I usually can get a doctors appointment in 1/2 days - same day if im not picky about which doctor i want to see. Unless I go to a government hospital, then it could take weeks (months).
Swimming is low impact, but I haven't exactly had a life of stretching out all my limbs, so some of those tendons and ligaments are going to take some time to give me some slack.
