Come to think of it, whoever the early adopters were were pretty "brave".

In Germany, we were behind the USA with people adopting online payment, people and companies were very skeptical about all this. I remember thinking that Germany would eventually choose to not participate in this crazy online buying trend lol

We still love our cash though. I am glad that after the pandemic, I can finally pay for my breakfast rolls with a contactless credit card.
