Scooted myself down to a pub along the river. Cricket is on the big screen, the beer is cold and $10 a pint and they haven't played a song newer than the year 2000 yet. Life's good.

Is taht Dan Murphy's pub still at the end of the walk near you? I used to enjoy that place.

Nope looks like it's gone. I can see there was a James Squire Brewhouse along New Quay but it appears to be a place called Almina@Docklands now
