Hey @[email protected] have you tried these from Aldi? They've got a very nice kick to them. Highly recommend.
I've tried the curry pineapple one and love it but it's mild and sweet.
I'll have to try it! Also the game on tonight is AUS vs PAK. It should be good.
I’m def going to be watching it. Since no work tomorrow maybe I’ll be insane and stay up for the whole thing.
What are your plans?
I'll try and watch as much as I can.
Ditto! I’ll be sleeping in tomorrow. That’s for sure.
That's herring I believe, but yeh it's yum
Oh damn. I didn’t look properly.
You are correct good sir.
I have not! I'll keep my eye out next time I'm at Aldi. I normally source my fishies elsewhere because aldi never has any in olive oil which is my preference.
Ooooo. You are in for a treat my friend. Make sure you get a bit of bread to soak up the chilli oil. Delicious.
A whole tin of these is only 761 kj - and that is 50% protein. Hmm... I'll need to investigate.
There's a few flavours to choose from.
There were! But that chilli one sounded great. I had a lovely decadent lunch:
Verdict: delicious, but a bit too decadent. I think I'd try a flavour that wasn't oily next time. Over 2,000kj in total for lunch - but it was all in the flat bread and sardines. The rest was rounding on those two.
