From experience parents don't come in being shitheads very much either. The few occasions when they do, administration just calls up the parents CO and asks them to control their guy.

Also, the "worst of the worst" students that you see in normal schools often get sent back to the States if they act up too much.

Also, parents are employed in secure (for the most part) jobs.

Also, healthcare is taken care of.
