Rules
1. Technical Support Request
Please refrain from posting technical support requests. These should be directed to techsupport or sysadmin (above).
2. Repeated question
Your post is something that is submitted on a regular basis (probably more than once or twice per week.) Please try searching /c/msp for your answer before posting. If you still have questions, please rephrase your posts and re-submit it to try and make it more specific. We encourage fresh content :) Thanks!
3. Vendor Promotions and Webinars
Vendor participation is encouraged. Feedback and assistance can be invaluable. However, promotion of any products, including webinars, must be kept to the Weekly Promo thread.
Vendors are requested to identify themselves by either username or vendor flair.
4. No personal attacks or inflammatory language
We're forum for a group of professionals. Language and comments must be semi-professional. Refrain from using Insults, vulgar language and other harassing behavior.
5. Tax and legal questions are not allowed.
The purpose of this sub is to share business practices, discuss vendors, and share experiences. Tax and legal advice is best left to those professionals. This includes the sharing or requests for MSAs and other legal contracts.
6. VoIP questions outside of MSP programs.
Please refrain from posting questions and requests that deal with VoIP outside of MSP programs. These should be directed to ~~/r/voip~~ (No such community exists yet) or a similar board that specializes in the subject of VoIP. We are strictly a subreddit for MSPs.
7. Security Disclosure
Security reports are welcome, but we highly recommend to follow responsible disclosure. If you are unsure of who to contact, feel free to contact our team using the buttons below.
When very high risk issues are posted, the mod team might temporarily hide the post until we have confirmation of responsible disclosure.
8. No Surveys, Market Research, etc...

I shout out the creator of bookstock as often as I can on Reddit. He's pretty active there.

Ooh, Bookstack looks like it could be my own personal wiki, maybe get me away from OneNote. Thanks!
