And the quick and dirty recipe:

Maple and Brown Sugar Oats

  • Oats
  • Hot Water
  • Brown Sugar
  • Maple syrup
  • Pinch of Salt

Doing this to Farina also makes Malt O' Meal - Brown Sugar version
