Ubiquitous billionaire Elon Musk mocked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky over the foreign leader’s requests for aid late Sunday night.

On X, Musk posted a popular meme image of an agitated young man with veins bulging out of his forehead with Zelensky’s face photoshopped in and the caption, “When it’s been 5 minutes and you haven’t asked for a billion dollars.”
