I do have to wonder whether this who separation from the DT, and whether those that stayed behind compared with those that came in here will create some kind of rift. I don't know... this kind of bullshit feels all highschool-like to me. Could be I'm over dramatising, though.

Nah don’t let it dissolve into that. If they don’t want to come over, that’s their choice, just like it’s the choice of a lot of us to stay away from the DT for now. Hopefully one day we’ll be able to come back together, but for now, let’s just be our normal positive environment and not fan any sort of flames :)

You're right. Things are the way they are - this place is a nice refuge. If anything it's probably a reminder to get myself off of Reddit for a longer period of time.

Yep. Reddit can be so toxic. The DT was always a nice, refreshing oasis in that. But now that most of the people that made it that way are gone, it’s become just as toxic as the rest of the internet. Enjoy the positivity here instead

Nah I mean like, the mods chose this path. This is ultimately on them. What matters is that we have this.

We don't mind that some stayed and I don't think anyone aside from the mods are angry at us for leaving. All good.
