I'm shocked - shocked! - that the brother of one of our highest-ranking drug-addicts would be aware, let along complicit in some kind of kickback or influence scheme in a province he won with a 'buck a beer' campaign. He wouldn't stand for such threats to his reputation, raw hard cash payout notwithstanding, and his obviously-discerning constituents wouldn't accept such simplistic and blatant scams. I mean this time.
