Ate some spicy chicken yesterday, but apparently had a sugar coating on it. My ketones dropped from 2.4 to 1.6. I will be avoiding that restaurant in the future. Kind of disappointing

It's raining heavily now, so a good time to go swimming. I don't know why people don't swim in the rain. You're getting wet anyway. But my community pool is always empty in the rain.

I have a lot of pending social media messages I haven't responded to? Kind of avoiding it? Don't feel like getting engaged in personal conversations. Mostly cuz I don't feel like meeting people, and I know if I engage in those conversations it's going to lead to invitations that I would either have to do or turn down this weekend. And I have that social anxiety of saying no

Isn't it dangerous to swim in water when it is raining, because the lightning can strike the water or so?

If it's thunder and lightning, I'd agree with you. But if it's just raining I think it's fairly safe.

Also depends on your local environment, my building happens to have a lot of tall buildings around it, so there's lightning rods everywhere. So I feel fairly confident that even if there was lightning the pool would not be the optimal path to ground.
