The guy lives in Russia, so there's not much the FBI is going to do.
Askbindua to do it. They dont have a problem with that.
Do not underestimate the US. We can go into Russia and Kill this hacker like we took down laden.
We had to invade an entire other country to get Bin Laden. And even then, we had to get him in a neighboring country.
And what did that achieve lol
I'm not sure how that question is relevant to the idea that the U.S. would capture or assassinate a hacker inside Russian borders.
