Not much? That's almost 1kg a week for nearly half a year, that's spectacular! Kudos!
tips hat the biggest change I made, besides only drinking on either Friday or Saturday, was starting a new job where it's a 1.5km hike up a 45°+ slope. Then obviously back down at the end of the day.
Glutes in the morning, calves in the evening. Smart! 👍
