And Libya is right next door to Niger, which is suffering from that huge coup a month ago, so it's unlikely any climate refugees from the flood even have anywhere to go. Perhaps they'll try to cross the Mediterranean into Europe, but as we've seen happen with other refugees, they'll likely be allowed to just die.
