Glasgow has formally come out in support of the decriminalisation of personal drugs use as the council continues to back the need for safe consumption rooms.

Decriminalisation is only a step in the right direction. Drugs need to be legal, licensed and taxed.

Treat addiction as a health care issue and take away criminal gangs largest source of income.
