I understand your point. My skepticism isn't about the effectiveness of anti-stress balls in general; rather, it's about this specific product being marketed as revolutionary. The article seems to use a lot of impressive-sounding words without providing any concrete evidence to support those claims. Nevertheless, I appreciate your perspective, and I do recognize the potential benefits of such products. Perhaps with a little bit less marketing. ๐Ÿ™ƒ

It prob isn't. And I'm not sure it's even this brand they use at my work. I was mostly just making the point it has a different use than a normal stress ball.

I 100% agree it's not a revolutionary product. It's just something they realize could work better for some people. Maybe that's the 'revolution" using it for mental health ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
