Therese no reason to not Balkanize Russia. The country has not proven itself able to coexist with free states.
I would agree but there is a problem with eastern nations. They don't really have the structure both socially and physically for sovereignty. And you know Moscow will just invade them, just like they invaded Georgia and Ukraine.
