Єбати Росію could work, which translates to "to fuck Russia". A Russian speaker would understand you as well.
How do you pronounce that?
Actually used, and well-known (with a bit of humour) equivalent would be "пиздець російській федерації" (pyzdets' rosijskij federaciji). It was made famous by the speech: https://m.facebook.com/watch/?v=503739114801103 and you can hear these words at the very end of the speech.
Kinda like Ye-bah-te Roh-see-you, though I see no equivalent to the Ukrainian и in English.
Can you write it phonetically? I can't read Cyrillic characters

above translation isn't the best, it means "to fuck russia"
I'd say "rosiyu - nakhuy" (read phonetically) is better.
Gets them tilted enough in BF2042 to make them quit and report me.
