Єбати Росію could work, which translates to "to fuck Russia". A Russian speaker would understand you as well.

Actually used, and well-known (with a bit of humour) equivalent would be "пиздець російській федерації" (pyzdets' rosijskij federaciji). It was made famous by the speech: https://m.facebook.com/watch/?v=503739114801103 and you can hear these words at the very end of the speech.

Kinda like Ye-bah-te Roh-see-you, though I see no equivalent to the Ukrainian и in English.

So I play a lot of Dota which has a lot of Russian trolls. Can you spell the pronunciation in English?

I'd say "rosiyu - nakhuy" (read phonetically) is better.
