If it's cooked right it might be not bad
I like to make a moosh of smashed minced garlic, salt, pepper, butter and olive oil.
Spread moosh on the bread.
Do it under the broiler till whatever.
Yeah if that garlic was roasted then I would be down. Though I woo probably have mashed it into a paste and put that on the bread.

I think that you've accidentally created a variant of mujdei, a traditional Romanian garlic sauce which every household does slightly differently.
Isn't mujdei not cooked though? It has a very strong garlic flavor. Cooking/roasting garlic really softens the flavor.
What I'm getting from that link is that I need to try lemon juice and paprika in it.
