Fuck the Olympics. This stinks of a way to sterilise the city of anything that isn't new, shiny, plasticky, shit. Let them stay.
It's appalling to learn that they're even thinking of taking such measures against antiquity, tradition and history. Absurb!

If by only a fraction you mean over half then I suppose you're technically not incorrect...
Hell, 3/2 is a fraction.
I know the saying is implying it is a small fraction, but I really hate the saying because it is so vague. Like pennies on the dollar, it could mean 200 pennies and be technically correct!
