Yay! More high idle power fixes!

Let's hope they can finally put the kibosh to that stupid bug. I want to use my HDR on the desktop.

I still have decently high power draw even after the update. 4k160+4k60 and I'm at 50w idle down from 70-80w. That's with hdr off since w10 doesn't handle it well. If I set both to 60hz I'm below 20w tho but that was the case even with 23.7.2.

Damn. Feeling like the MCM architecture might just be inherently flawed in the first generation or something.

Well at any rate I only run 1440p+random office monitor so hopefully I'll get my idle power down to that 20w range from 100w with hdr on.
