The former president said his lawyers would instead put "Irrefutable & Overwhelming evidence" in their legal filings over his latest indictment.

Aww man, now cable news will have to fill six hours talking about what he would have said, instead of having eight talking heads ask one another 'can you believe he spread these lies we're putting onscreen?'
