i still remember the day where a "software engineer" that was saying that the election was rigged wrote "if voto22 == than voto13" claiming that to be a hack

No, the request wasn't to hack the election, it was to show it was possible so they could claim it was stolen if he lost. Any single point of weakness would have been sufficient.
