So it's literally been decades since I last played Magic, but quick questions. 1) how do you "un-exile" said cards? and 2) what's the point of the treasure token?

Typically, unless you have a card that says you may do something with the cards exiled, you can't "un-exile" them. However, this card says that you may play them from exile, meaning you may play a land or cast a spell from exile. You can't use certain effects like Channel or Cycling because those specifically require being discarded from your hand.

A treasure token is an artifact token with the activated ability of "Tap, Sacrifice this treasure: Add 1 mana of any color". So, it's essentially a portable mana that you can use at any time (as long as it's not tapped down by something), or an artifact token for decks that have synergies with those.

Ah okay, I was reading it wrong. It sounded like you can play your opponents cards that have been exiled. Coupled with the exile factor felt like it meant you could slowly drain their deck and turn it into your own.

For this card, yes, you can indeed play the cards that you've exiled with the Adventure portion of this card. However, it's not the easiest thing to keep looping (to drain out most of their deck), since you'll cast the Adventure, and then you can only cast the creature part of this card. If you have a way to return the creature to your hand, then you may cat the adventure again.
