Is that a crown on the sloths head or something else?

I think it's a crown, yeah. Not entirely sure though.

Edit: on second look I think it's the sloth's other arm holding the branch.

Actually, I think the pink thing near the head is the other arm. It seems to have some fingers. The 'crown' seems to have some yellow shine around it, so my vote is on it being a crown.
