Partially agree. I really liked A New Hope, Empire, and 3/4 of return of the Jedi. I was very young when the movies came out and was really enthralled given the state of sci-fi at the time. After waiting for years for phantom menace, I could not have been more disappointed. That was not just a bad star wars movie. It was just a bad movie. Since then I've been mostly disappointed. But there are still some moments. I really liked the Andor series and Rogue One wasn't bad. Plus I really love the artistic design, but yeah, I get your point.
