No idea what you're on about. First of all, both games run fine, BB might be kocked at 30 fps, but even on a base ps4 it was steady. If you didn't like the gameplay fine, but performance isn't an issue.
As for your narrative issues, I'm sorry you need someone to hold you hand through a story and spell everything out for you. I'm going to leave this link here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nonlinear_narrative
If you don't like that style story, fine, but it's far for pathetic, just none traditional.
